Refund Policy
Last Updated: 24th September 2024
We are committed to fair, transparent policies under UK consumer law and the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
1. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase provided we have not started working on your case.
To cancel, submit a requesting in the form below with your name, case reference (if applicable), and payment proof.
2. When Work Begins
Due to the time-sensitive nature of deposit disputes, we typically begin work shortly after purchase. This includes:
-
Reviewing documents
-
Contacting you for clarifications
-
Researching legal or scheme guidance
By completing your booking, you consent to us starting work immediately unless you explicitly request a delay.
3. Refunds
-
If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full refund will be issued
-
Once work has started, the £60 fee becomes non-refundable
-
If we cannot deliver the service due to our own fault, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion
4. Case Transfers to Partners
If your case is escalated or referred to a legal partner, we are no longer responsible for the outcome. Our service concludes at the point of transfer. No refund is issued once the referral is made. This will only be done if you instruct us to do so following our advice.
